Enavolt Energy is an innovative technology company specialising in lithium-ion battery systems, battery management systems (BMS) and smart energy solutions, drawing its engineering infrastructure from the defence industry. Since its inception, it has adopted the principle of offering not just products, but unique solutions, each treated as a specialised "project".
At our production facility based in Ankara, our battery systems, developed in accordance with high security standards, are specially designed and manufactured for industrial vehicles, renewable energy systems, military platforms and electric mobility applications.
Safety, verifiability and traceability are our priorities at every stage of design and production. All functional tests, environmental durability tests and fault simulations are meticulously carried out in-house.
In all our Solar Power Plant (SPP) and Energy Storage System (ESS) installations, we adhere to international and local regulations. Our projects are designed and implemented in accordance with relevant IEC standards, primarily IEC 62933 (Energy Storage Systems) and IEC 62619 (Lithium-Ion Battery Safety). Furthermore, our quality management processes are certified to ISO 9001, and full compliance with local grid connection regulations is ensured.
The integration of our batteries is facilitated through our Smart Battery Management System (BMS). The BMS maintains constant communication with the inverter using industry-standard CANBus and RS485 communication protocols. This allows critical data such as the battery's current state of charge (SoC), voltage, current, and temperature to be transmitted to the inverter, ensuring the system operates in the most efficient and safe manner. We are fully compatible with many leading inverter brands on the market.
The lifespan of our battery systems is exceptionally long thanks to the Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO₄) technology used. Our systems offer a cycle life of between 4,000 and 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge (DoD). This corresponds to a calendar life of 10 to 15 years with regular daily use. Battery life may vary depending on factors such as operating temperature and usage profile.
Yes, they are available. Our Military Batteries, developed for the defence industry, are designed and tested in accordance with relevant military standards, primarily MIL-STD-810G (Environmental Testing) and MIL-STD-461F (Electromagnetic Compatibility). All of our commercial and industrial products are manufactured and certified in accordance with relevant IEC standards (e.g. IEC 62619). Please contact us for project-based certification requests.
In our battery testing laboratory, we conduct comprehensive tests focused on both performance and safety. Our main test parameters are: capacity verification, cycle life testing, internal resistance measurement, charge/discharge efficiency, overcharge/overdischarge protection testing, short circuit resistance, and performance analysis under different temperature conditions. We can also develop customised test procedures according to customer requirements.
